Orders
Unless a prior arrangement is made, all orders will be taken as 'payment with order'. You can decide to collect the order, have the order just delivered or delivered and fitted.

Payment
We accept credit and bank cards (via secure on-line paypal only), cash, postal orders, cheques and direct bank transfers. All credit cards are used at your own risk and we accept no liability for improper usage by third parties. Any items you send to us by mail should be appropriately insured against loss.

Guarantee
All new products are guaranteed against faulty manufacture; both new and second user parts are tested by us, before despatch/installation. In addition to your statutory rights, goods may have up to a 3 year manufacturer replacement warranty. In the event that goods are delivered damaged, you must refuse delivery and/or follow claims procedures with the appropriate carrier. In the unlikely event that goods are delivered faulty, we will replace them and either arrange collection or refund your postage/carriage. We cannot accept responsibility for consequential loss or damage caused by faulty or incorrect goods. All warranties/guarantees are invalidated by unauthorised third-party intervention.

Pricing
You will be advised of the correct price at the time of your order. All prices exclude VAT which must be added at 17.5% (excluding Channel Islands)UK. Every effort is made to ensure correctness of prices; however, we reserve the right to alter and amend prices without notice. Any price quoted is only valid at the time of contact/order.

Despatch / Delivery of Goods
Systems/orders can be delivered to all UK destinations, subject to prior agreement on carriage price and delivery time. You can choose to have items sent by mail/courier as necessary. Normally despatch by royal mail is 2-3 days, by courier the time of delivery will depend on the service selected.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure delivery is made within requested timescales, we cannot accept responsibility for consequential loss in the event that a delivery is delayed. Delivery to all countries outside of the UK is quoted at time of order. Please ask for details.
